Sugar Gliders need ample space and plenty of toys and pouches. A set-up like this works well. Bird cages, rat cages, etc. are good for sugar gliders. You need to make sure the wire bars on the cage are close enough together that your glider can’t get out. the bottom of this set-up is a 50 gallon tank. I would not recommend using a glass tank like this alone as the air flow would not be adequate but since they are able to go from the top to the bottom this worked out well.I like to provide my gliders with a bird waterer like this one along with a glass water bottle. You should always have at least two water sources in case something goes awry. I find my gliders prefer the bird waterer over the water bottle.
It’s important to provide plenty of pouches for your sugar gliders to sleep in. You can find ones like these on Etsy and they are usually sold in sets. It’s important that any material you use with your gliders is made out of fleece otherwise your gliders nails could get caught up in the fabric.

Your gliders will love being entertained by plenty of toys. A lot of large bird toys work well for gliders. Some Baby and Toddler toys also work well. Hide treats under toys and in their fleece.
